Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. The return process consists of two stages: prior approval via email and the physical shipment of the goods.
1. Return Conditions
For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition.
• All original tags and labels must be intact and attached to the item.
• The item must not show any signs of use, stains, makeup marks, or foreign odors.
2. Return Procedure (Step-by-Step)
Stage 1: Pre-approval via Email Before shipping the item back, you must contact us at info@dankovska.com. Please attach the completed Return Form to your email.
We will review your request and confirm the return eligibility in a reply email.
Stage 2: Shipping the Item (Only after approval) Once you receive confirmation from us, please follow these instructions:
1. Prepare the package: Place the completed and printed Return Form inside the package along with the item.
2. Ship via Parcel Locker: Take the package to your nearest convenient parcel locker.
3. Labeling: Use the return password provided in our confirmation email. Use this password at the terminal to print a return label, place it in a visible spot on the package, and put the package in the locker.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving the package and performing a final inspection of the goods, a final decision on the refund will be made.
• Refunds are issued to the same account used for the original payment.
• The refund processing time is up to 14 business days from the date we physically receive the returned item
